Hi, I’m Dalton Ercolano, Founder of OrAI and an educator with deep roots in Jewish early childhood education. Early on, I realized that while educators are passionate and dedicated, they often lack tools and resources that truly reflect their values and support their practice. That insight sparked my vision for OrAI and the capabilities of AI in education. OrAI combines my experience in Jewish early childhood education with the power of AI to create a reflective, values-driven partner for teachers. I believe AI empowers educators to plan intentionally, grow confidently, and spend more time doing what matters most: connecting with children. I’m committed to learning, innovating, and growing alongside the educators who inspire me every day. I look forward to connecting with more of you as we reimagine the possibilities of education together.
